Ausnahme Grossgeräte (Bikes etc.) Die Lieferung erfolgt durch unseren Speditionspartner innert 5-10 Arbeitstagen. Im Falle einer Rückgabe werden Speditions- und Zahlungskosten generell nicht erstattet.

Die Rückgabefrist beträgt 30 Tage. Wir bieten dir zwei einfache Wege, deine Ware an uns zurückzugeben:

Rücksendung über die Schweizerische Post: Du kannst dein Paket mittels dem mitgelieferten Rücksendeetikett bei jeder Postfiliale zum Rückversand aufgeben. Durch das mitgelieferte Rücksendeetikett erhältst du eine Kostenvergünstigung von CHF 1.50.
