In an Operational Management role at Deichmann, no two days are ever the same. Which is why our managers need to be motivated, proactive and flexible. Always leading by example, you will be familiar with managing a team and will understand just what it takes to run a fast-paced, high volume sales operation. You will take pride in your store and will be able to effectively plan and co-ordinate resources, showing your team the way when it comes to exceeding targets and maintaining excellent in-store standards. Above all else you will be truly passionate about great customer service.
Based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, the Deichmann UK Head Office is the central hub for all of our stores up and down the country. Modern and contemporary, our Head Office is home to all of the departments providing a vital support network to our colleagues in store including Buying, Marketing, Finance and Customer Services. Here you will work collaboratively with departmental colleagues together with store teams across the UK to deliver on organisational success.
